Step 1 – Order Entry
We have an order entry system, where every order is entered when we receive it. If we have questions about your order you will be contacted in a timely manner.
Step 2 – Branding Consistency
We keep your prior files, and a complete record of every order you place with our company. As your company grows, and you add new printed pieces we will always have a prior job to reference to ensure your branding remains consistent.
Step 3 – Art work check
If you have supplied an art file, we will check the art to make certain that the file is print ready. If the file needs to be adjusted and you are not able to make the changes, in most cases we are able to fix the document or if necessary we can recreate the art.
Step 4 – Proof
We send a sample digital proof for every order. This gives you the peace of mind knowing when you open the box, your order will be correct. Printed samples are also available upon request.
Step 5 – Job Production
Our job jacket outlines specifications for each job. The notes on the jacket allow our production staff to duplicate orders accurately and efficiently. Every order continues being tracked through each department with our order entry system, so we can ensure an on-time completion date.
Step 6 – Completion
Due to our efficiencies and procedures in place, orders are completed rapidly and with accuracy. When emergencies happen, we will amaze you with our RAPID turn around time. We are a part of your team, and our goal is to help you succeed!
